Book-Marketing Tip of the Day – September 5, 2015

The agency pricing model used by major book publishers prevented Amazon from selling at discounted prices. However, it appears to be hurting ebook sales which contributed to a 7.8% drop in revenue during the first half of 2015. Apparently, consumers aren't happy with the higher prices, according to the Wall Street Journal, Sept 4, p B1
