Book-Marketing Tip of the Week – November 14, 2011

Expectations are judged subjectively. Is your book easy to read? Is your booklet sized for convenience? Is its layout readable? Is the text in proper sequence? Is your table of contents easy to use? Is your video/DVD label descriptive of its contents? Disappointment caused by perceived inadequacy carries an opportunity cost expressed as negative word-of-mouth advertising.
